Scallions: Fresh, crisp and aromatic Scallions are triple-washed in Sea Salt and tangy Lime juice to eliminate any Microbial-Load and potentiate flavors before dehydrating.

Winter Shiitakes: Fresh Winter Shiitakes are fully boiled in Sea Salt solution to eliminate any Microbial-Load and Lentinan before dehydrating.

Dark Opal Basil: Purple Basil Flowers and Leaves are handpicked, triple-washed, ozone disinfected and dehydrated.

Chilies: Chili varieties developed and nurtured for flavor and Umami. Medium Heat.
